Committees

Everyone involved will be a Committee member and at some stage will
take on leadership roles.

Their responsibilities will be to present proposals on how their committee will benefit the wider project and to coordinate meetings in an inclusive manner.
Leader will communicate to project manager and offer:

• Proposal of how task will be tackled
• On acceptance ˆ leader of task will coordinate and achieve plan, and review for improvements
• If unsuccessful further meeting arranged to discuss limitations of proposal
• Health and safety and all legal requirements to be adhered to and build into the proposal

Tasks for Committee

Logo & Publicity (how we want to represent ourselves)
Content Delivery (what we want to learn/discuss/explore)
Certifications (what awards can we access and how)
Events Organising (how, when who, where)
Fundraising (how can we raise funds)
Media Involvement (how we want to represent ourselves to the community and nation wide)
